List of dualistic thoughts that we use in every day life
1. Good / Bad
2. Winner / Looser
3. High / Low
4. Fail / Win
Most of the miseries in our life come from # 1 i.e. due to classifying things to Good and Bad.
The reason why i feel Dualistic thinking does not help is because it creates turbulence in our mind. The moment we classify people into good/bad it disturbs peace and calmness of our mind.
